8:45 am: Doors open
9:00 am: Greg Marley: Mushroom Risotto: discussion of method, prep, and precook,
comparing porcini gathered in Maine and Italy.
10:00 am- Noon: “How to Know the Trees of Maine”
with Maine Forest Service District Foresters Julie Davenport and Allyssa Gregory
Noon to 1:30 pm: Social time, Mushroom Risotto final preparation (and taste testing).
Potluck Lunch (Please bring labels of ingredient) and to reduce trash, please bring
your own place setting.
